Staypooling House Rules

These rules apply to every Staypooling stay, everywhere. Each villa may also have its own specific rules — you'll find those on the stay's page before you book.

🤝 Community & Respect

  • •Be kind. Staypooling stays are shared spaces — treat your co-travelers, concierge, and villa staff the way you’d want to be treated.
  • •No harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior of any kind, including in the private group chat.
  • •Respect the quiet, private spaces of your co-travelers — including their rooms and belongings.

🌙 Quiet Hours

  • •Quiet hours run from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM unless your concierge specifies otherwise.
  • •Keep music, calls, and gatherings at a reasonable volume in shared living areas at all times.
  • •This stay’s specific quiet hours (if different) are listed on its Stay Rules page.

🚭 Smoking & Substances

  • •Smoking is not permitted indoors at any Staypooling villa.
  • •Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on all properties.
  • •Alcohol is welcome in moderation — drink responsibly, and never before activities that require care.

🐾 Pets

  • •Pets are only allowed at villas explicitly marked "pet-friendly."
  • •Pet owners are responsible for their pet’s behavior and any related cleanup or damage.

🛡 Damages & Liability

  • •Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa, its furnishings, or shared equipment during their stay.
  • •Report accidental damage to your concierge right away — it’s always better than being asked about it later.
  • •Staypooling reserves the right to charge the card on file for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

🚨 Safety

  • •Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and safety equipment on arrival.
  • •Your concierge is reachable 24/7 for emergencies during your stay.
  • •Never leave children or pets unattended near pools or water features.

📸 Photos & Privacy

  • •Share your experience freely — but ask before posting photos or videos that clearly identify other co-travelers.
  • •What’s shared in the private group chat is meant to stay within the group.

🔞 Age Requirement

  • •All guests must be 18 years or older to book or stay at a Staypooling villa.

💳 Cancellations & Payments

  • •Full cancellation and refund terms are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
  • •Bookings are confirmed only once payment is completed via our secure checkout.
